NBC’s unscripted television series where people vie for a job working for real estate mogul Donald Trump — or in this case, raise money for charity — returns with a two-hour season premiere at 8 p.m. today on WAND-TV (Channel 17).
Blagojevich, who was impeached and removed as governor in 2009, faces trial on federal corruption charges later this year.
He’s been prominent in NBC’s promotion of the show’s new season, reminding viewers he’s heard Trump’s catchphrase “You’re fired” before.
Blagojevich’s charity is the Children’s Cancer Center, according to NBC.

To think this time last year Rod you were probably one of the most respected people in Illinois; of course that was before everyone found out what a scumbag you really are. I can’t wait to see Patti on network TV; just to see what she will be willing to do for that mighty freaking-golden dollar.
