The Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association will hold a membership meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Dove Center of Prairie Heart Institute at St. Johns Hospital, 619 E. Mason St.
Representatives from Mansur Real Estate Services in Indianapolis and the Lakota Group in Chicago will be guest speakers.
The Mansur and Lakota team have been hired by the association to initiate a six-month study of the Enos Park neighborhood in preparation of a master plan for future revitalization. Mansur has completed 30 such urban development projects and received eight national awards for its work.
The Lakota Group, which specializes in planning and urban design, has just been selected to conduct a study of the MacArthur Boulevard corridor and will also assist in creating a master plan for the Enos Park neighborhood.
The public is invited to attend a presentation on the award-winning redevelopment of Fall Creek, which was a blighted neighborhood in Indianapolis in 2000, but today has been nationally recognized with awards for excellence in planning, design and community development.
