History of voter fraud in Illinois

The final days of an election generally involve a flurry of political ads and last minute campaign stops. But rumors of potential voter intimidation and voter fraud are also in the air.

Conservatives and Tea Party activists around the country plan to police the polls.

Mark Kirk, the Republican Candidate Illinois Senate, expressed his concern about fraudulent practices and how he plans to monitor local polls

Meanwhile Democrats say this policing amounts to intimidation of voters, particularly minorities.

So which is it?

Political science professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago Dick Simpson helped us sort things out.

Simpson is also author of numerous books, including Inside Urban Politics and Rogues, Rebels and Rubber Stamps: The Politics of the Chicago City Council from 1863 to the Present.

Screw the liars, cheaters, and the politically corrupt.

Making sure that no fraud is taking place is NOT voter intimidation. Unless of course you plan to commit a crime at the polls and then yes, you might fell a bit intimidated if you think you will get caught.

Screw the miniorities too. You people had better get off your ass and quit letting the media call you a victim every time the wind blows. These people don’t represent you, they use you as their political puppets.

WTFU and educate youself before you find yourself back on the master’s plantation editing news releases for ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and yes FOX too.
