INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Metro Police arrest a man they say is a known gang member for shooting a member of a rival gang.

Police were called to East 10th Street and North Temple Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

They say they found five friends and one of them was suffering from a gunshot to the calf.
