LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) – A Lebanon man is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond for 13 felony charges including child molestation.
Jeffery Lauer, 47, was arrested at 1 p.m. Thursday as the result of a several-month investigation.
Lebanon Police report the investigation began when the Indiana Department of Child Services contacted the department about allegations involving Lauer and two girls between the ages of 13 and 15.
Lauer is charged with: four counts of Child Molesting as a Class A Felony, two counts of Child Molesting as a Class C Felony, four counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a Class B Felony, two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a Class C Felony and one count of Sexual Battery as a Class D Felony.
