Pacers fall to Hayward, Jazz

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) – Deron Williams had 24 points and 16 assists, and fueled a 35-point first quarter as the Utah Jazz beat the Indiana Pacers 110-88 on Wednesday night.

It was the seventh straight win for the Jazz (15-5) and fifth in a row at home.

Darren Collison led Indiana with 16 points. Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert added 15 apiece for the Pacers, who had their four-game road win streak end.

Former Butler star Gordon Hayward got in the game late, and hit his only shot, a three-pointer.
