The Chicago Cubs are looking for a little bit of help from the Detroit Tigers this weekend, and the team is welcoming all sorts of Cubs fans onto its bandwagon.
The Tigers, who are playing the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park, were long ago eliminated from playoff contention, but they could play spoilers as the Brewers try to catch the Cubs in the Central Division race.
With that in mind, many Cubs fans have professed their love for the Tigers on social media, and the team is welcoming them with open arms:
If the Brewers lose either of their remaining games against the Tigers, the Cubs could clinch the Central Division with a win on Sunday over the St. Louis Cardinals.
