Quarterhouse Software Announces QPrint Pro Integration with Metrix

Web-to-Print Solution Increases Offset Printers’ Efficiency with Native Support for Award-Winning Job Planning and Imposition System

CHICAGO, Oct. 4 /CHICAGOPRESSRELEASE.COM/ — Quarterhouse Software, leading provider of web-to-print solutions for printers, print distributors and specialty graphics companies, announced today at Graph Expo the integration of Quarterhouse’s QPrint Pro web-to-print suite with LithoTechnics’ automated imposition solution, Metrix®. The integration of QPrint Pro’s complete online storefront, designing and proofing suite with Metrix’ gang-run job planning and automated layout capabilities will greatly increase production efficiency, enabling the fastest turnarounds and best pricing possible.

Rohan Holt, President of LithoTechnics said, “Profitability for a web-to-print operation is extremely dependent upon automation – getting the jobs from the web portal to the loading dock with the fewest possible number of human touches. The ability of web portals such as QPrint Pro to send data directly to Metrix, which then automatically plans and imposes the jobs, is a crucial piece of the automation puzzle for the innovators who have embraced web-to-print technology.” Holt concluded, “We place a lot of importance on the efforts of our technical partners such as Quarterhouse Software to integrate their solutions with Metrix, and are very pleased to see their efforts bear fruit.”

“QPrint Pro’s native support for Metrix will help our offset printing customers’ businesses tremendously,” said Roger Canann, President and CEO, Quarterhouse Software. “In both BtoB and BtoC online printing sales, getting the most out of each press run is a key component of a successful web-to-print business strategy. We are excited to work with LithoTechnics to bring this level of interoperability and efficiency to the market.”

QPrint Pro’s Metrix support is available immediately. Visit Graph Expo Booth #242, or www.qprintpro.com for information about the QPrint Pro web-to-print suite.

I was wondering if you ever ceseidornd changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
