Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Rider Survey Now Under Way at TransitChicago.com
The CTA is seeking information from its riders through an online survey on CTA service to help improve the transit experience for customers.
Riders are asked to go to transitchicago.com and click on the survey link that appears on the home page. A series of questions on riders’ opinions of CTA and experiences while riding are designed to get a snapshot of what’s on their minds related to the country’s second largest public transit agency.
“I want to know what our riders are thinking as I consider new initiatives,” said CTA President Richard L. Rodriguez. “I receive letters and emails from many riders who love and really appreciate the CTA and its employees, and others who are, shall I say, less enamored with the service. My mission is to make the CTA a more customer-focused organization.”
The survey will be up on CTA’s web site until July 10.
“Despite the fact that we find ourselves again in a seemingly never-ending struggle for funding, I want our riders to know that we are committed to providing the best service we can to earn their loyalty and support,” Rodriguez added.
