United States and Illinois Flags at Half-Staff Immediately Until Sunset, Tuesday, Nov. 10
All State and American Flags to Fly at Half Staff to Honor Victims of the Tragedy at Fort Hood, Texas
The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Quinn’s Office to follow the directive of the President and to fly the flags at State occupied buildings at half-staff to:
Honor the Victims of the Tragedy at Fort Hood, Texas
Please immediately lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel until:
Sunset, Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009
