Peach Springs Man Indicted on Assault and Firearm Charges
PHOENIX—On January 24, 2012, a federal grand jury in Phoenix, Arizona returned a five-count indictment against Cooper Price Susanyatame, 19, of Peach Springs, Arizona. The indictment charges Susanyatame with violations of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, use of a firearm in a crime of violence, and possession of an unregistered firearm.

Member of Hacking Group LulzSec Arrested for June 2011 Intrusion of Sony Pictures Computer Systems
LOS ANGELES—A member of the LulzSec hacking group was arrested this morning for his role in an extensive computer attack against the computer systems of Sony Pictures Entertainment, announced André Birotte Jr., the United States Attorney in Los Angeles; and Steven Martinez, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office. Cody Kretsinger, 23, of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested this morning by FBI agents without incident.

Colorado had won 13 of 15 in another late-season run to get close in the NL West, but leaves the desert 3 1/2 games behind San Francisco in the division and Atlanta in the wild-card race.

CHICAGO — Illinois home foreclosure activity fell 14.25 percent in August compared to the previous month. A report released Thursday by Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac shows Illinois with 16,808 foreclosure filings last month.
