Three Charged in Drug Distribution Conspiracy
An indictment 1 was unsealed today charging William Andrews, Joseph Fareri, and John Marshall in a drug conspiracy, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired and agreed, together and with other persons known and unknown to the grand jury, to knowingly and intentionally distribute a controlled substance, that is, approximately 7,000 pills of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance.
FBI Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Philadelphia Murder
This morning, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the FBI’s Violent Crime Squad arrested fugitive Cornell Sutherland. Sutherland, 23, was arrested on the corner of Pine and Belmont Streets in Brooklyn, New York, without incident.
